About the event

This talk (Part 2) from Laarni Lei Abalos Bernardo, a Registered Clinical Counselor at MOSAIC Youth Centre, will be invaluable in helping us identify, assess, and cope with issues of mental health. This time it will be held in person at the Langley Community Services Society located at 6470 201 St, Langley, BC only July 16, 2022 at 10am.

Objectives: 

  • To learn the various mental health issues faced by families post covid 
  • To learn several coping strategies around them. 

It goes without saying that attending in person is preferable as this session will include some exercises, samples and other resources available.
